In accordance with the current legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days without having to provide a reason, only for physical books and other material products . This withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the items by you or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier).

Refund Conditions for E-books and Digital Products

E-books and other digital products (excluding services and subscriptions) cannot be refunded once downloaded or accessed, unless there is a proven technical defect preventing their use. If you encounter a technical issue, please contact us at info@africontes.com so that we can find a solution.

Return Conditions for Physical Books (upcoming)

For future physical books and other material products , returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days .

• The item is in its original packaging and in new condition.

Items cannot be returned in the following cases:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized products.

• Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g.: perishable goods, unsealed products for health or hygiene reasons).

• Products irretrievably mixed with other elements after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Return Procedure

Before returning a physical product , you must contact us at the address info@africontes.com to obtain confirmation of the return address and detailed instructions. This will help us better manage your return.

The shipping costs and risks for returning products are your responsibility. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking and insurance to protect your shipment.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent to an incorrect address will not be refunded.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned products (for physical goods), we will refund you within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the returned items. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your order. No refund fees will be charged to you.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return once the returned product is received. A gift certificate will then be emailed to you.

If the product was not purchased as a gift or if the sender received the item to give it to you later, the refund will be made to the original purchaser.
